If you have an Extended Range [ER] Lightning, then you're entitled to a Discount Code as mentioned above, if you bought a [SR] truck then no discount code, and you should look into buying any 48 AMP @ 240 Volt [Level 2 ] EVSE.

Your salesman lied. Your XLT should have come with the free wall charger as long as it was an ER and not an SR.

Yeah I'm going over this weekend because another person told me the same thing and told me to talk to the finance manager. Also I asked why my truck only charges to 90%. Thank you for the info.

Dealers selling the vehicles without making sure the buyer has the ability to charge is like selling gas cars and not giving the keys to the gas cap. Going to be a bad experience pretty quick for the customer.

If you're only charging at DCFC this is a default, you have to use the charge settings app to set it to 100% every time. This is a battery protection setting. It's usually not great to charge to 100%. Don't do it without a reason. Even when you're home charging, set it to something like 80-85% to help prolong the overall life of your battery.
