Hoping someone from the Ford BEV Team might see this. I have a 23 lightning Lariat ER. VIN# 1FTVW1EV4PWG30349 I have a yearly subscription to FDRS and I normally do my updates that way. Just a few days ago I did a decent amount of updating and it did a few of the different battery/charging modules. After those were complete I noticed all of my saved “target charging” locations were cleared. I am now not able to save any charging locations. Whenever I try to save either on the app or in the truck it states that I need to first charge at a location and then I can save it. I’m at home charging and have charged at least 6-7 times and no joy. Can’t save anything. If someone from the team or anyone else has thoughts please let me know. Thanks!

If you are sure the updating is done, you may want to try a 12V reset. A full truck reboot should restart the modules in the correct order and clear the communication paths between them.

That’s not a bad idea. The updates show completed. So I’ll try that tonight and see if it works and report back.

I had something like that a few weeks ago on the Ford app. It wouldn't save my target charge at home. I believe I shut my phone all the way off and turned it back on. I did play with several settings so that may not be the resolve for you since I tried so many things. I always charge it to 80% after I use the truck and then when I know I am going to need more, I charge it to 100%. I may be missing something and it does say you can change the charge level while you are charging, but when the truck is at 80% along with the target at 80%, you cannot plug it in and move the target to 100%. I just move it to 100% before I plug it in. Sorry if that got a bit off topic.
