My last 2 updates have not completed and it has not given me the option to try again like other updates that failed.

what can be done to get these updates installed?

I have a 2022 and am not sure if I'm getting updates. Does anyone have the capability of checking my VIN? If so I'd be very appreciative. 1FTFW1E86NKDxxxxx

It's possible your low voltage battery isn't up to snuff, try idling the truck with HVAC fan on level 5 for an hour or so, remember to shut off lights, set parking brake and turn off 30 minute auto shutdown.

This will force a charge on the 12v battery, after that's done try running the current update once again.

Mine got hung up after downloading 6.14 due to some random unable to disconnect odb error that @rugedraw found in PTS. Might ping him your VIN to see what error it shows. After 3 weeks of no retries, I gave up and went the FDRS route.

Interrupted by another process is usually low 12v battery related. Message me the VIN and I'll check why it's failing.

That update failed back in October. Nothing you can do about it now. However, the BC 1.4 update is sitting in your queue for 4 days now, but it is not downloading the files for some reason. If you have FORScan, try rebooting the GWM and TCU. If you do not, unplug the negative cable off your 12v battery and wait 20 minutes before reconnecting to force reset the modules. Then start the truck and check for updates to see if it'll download the files.

The charge on your battery was reported at 60% earlier today. That's way too low for the OTA to ne successful once the files download. If you have a battery charger, charge up your 12v battery.

I charged up to 90% last night so that shouldn't be it anymore. I purchased forscan recently but haven't used it yet. So I am going to go try this out.

I charged up to 90% last night so that shouldn't be it anymore. I purchased forscan recently but haven't used it yet. So I am going to go try this out.
Not the battery you drive on....the battery in your frunk.

Doesn't charging the hvb charge the 12v? Mine was off the charger since Sunday and noticed the 12v was reporting about 64% in CarScanner so I plugged it in Friday and it reported a 100% charge on the 12v when I checked this morning. Seems like a big drop in a few days but has been cold this week. I've had the battery sensor replaced so I'm wondering if I just have a bad battery.

Which Module in FORScan tells me the status of that battery?

Reset both and the screen didn't change. I turned off auto update and then it changed and said I can do the Update now. I had tried to turn off auto update for 24 hours previously and it changed nothing... So I assume.... resetting the GWM & TCU plus the impatience of turning off auto update got it to tell me it was ready.

Progress... :)

I think I found the Bat_St_Chrg, % and it is 68 right now.

Locked the truck and it shows the update will start in 89 seconds...

I just went outside to observe my truck and it sounds like a swarm of bees is underneath of it.

Is this a normal part of the upgrade process? I have never noticed it before
