Update haas failed a few more times and LVB was definitely above 80%. On Sunday morning I got a slightly different message on screen and in Ford Pass app.

I have a trailer brake controller fault now for good measure. May or may not have something to do with the update.

I am able to set locations as of this morning! I charged added about 30% overnight. I don't know if that did something or if someone in Dearborn did something on the backend.

Awesome! No luck here, charged last night and no locations to add via the app or in the truck directly

I am on my second Lightning. I started with a ‘23 XLT SR. After seeing deals and color I liked I moved on to. ‘24 Flash last November. I have yet to receive any updates . I received plenty for my ‘23.

I have called FordPass and was told I am up to date.

How can I ensure I am receiving updates?

I don't think it helped in my case. I reached out to @Ford Motor Company and it started working the next morning. Hopefully he will chime in here. I don't know what, if anything was done behind the scenes.
