First time I have ever had an update fail. Interesting it clearly stated it was due to vehicle battery (stupid it doesnt say Low voltage battery). My response... pictured below. Gonna try again at 6 CST, currently sitting at 12v SOC of 65% which I would think is good enough.

Same warning as you, also never had an update fail.

Just got this... Had BC 1.4 for a few weeks now from the last OTA

Mentioned in another post had a screen at first that said it failed. Never had something fail thus far...

The good news is it looks like Ford listened to our complaints and is now giving a reason why an inhibit update failed instead of the "update was interrupted by another process".

Edit: I would shoot for 70% SOC on the 12V. I was doing FDRS today and got warnings on a few modules if I wanted to do it less than 70% SOC.

I've failed 4x back to back tonight. Left my truck on for 45 min to charge. Trying again now. I think something's fucky with the update.
I would leave the truck on for about 4-5 hours to make sure it is charged up. It takes a while.

I’ve failed 5 time or so I think now. I charged my High voltage battery overnight and the truck blew thru my 85% preset and is at 100 this morning. 🙄Low voltage battery at 80%. Update still won’t take.

heating garage now with truck to get the HVB back down

As you are noting the 12V battery does not charge unless the truck is on, or you are actively charging (just having cable plugged in is not enough).

Just turn the truck on for several hours (with the shutdown timer disabled) and it should charge up. I verified this when I replaced my battery sensor monitor. The other option is to turn down the charge rate if you have an adjustable charger, or use your level 1 charger for a while.

I wonder what service warning it’s addressing?
Right?? So like Ford, to withhold that information. It’s about as transparent as last year’s White House press briefings.

I joined EAP, and the only thing I EVER get is a request to fill out their questionnaires - often regarding software I haven't received. 🙄

I thought I was getting BC1.4 😂. Interested to see if parking brake activates more often now and what the powertrain software did.
I have not seen anything like this yet on my vehicle

It's not you... I'm in the same club. Only in a nice warm climate. Update won't take. HVB at 55? Nope. 95? Nope. LVB at 81? Nope. LVB at 99? Nope.

Received 10.3.0 last night. The truck also charged to 100% which has happened before after an update.

I have BC1.4 via parking sensor CSP and Forscan mod. I assume this means I won't get a separate update but who knows.

Edit: I received the BC1.4 update shortly after 10.3.0. It doesn't seem to have changed anything from my ForScan mods.

It might depend on when you had CSP24B56 done. I had it done Nov 25th and like you enabled BC through FORScan. Not sure it was 1.4 though. I got the Lane Bias and Assisted Lane Change functionality (BC 1.2+)

Another IPMA/PSCM update came out in December and it appeared on my FDRS Update list. I then got the BC 1.4 OTA two weeks ago. The IPMA/PSCM dropped off after the OTA.

I am EA and got this this afternoon. I hit update now and once completed BC 1.4 started downloading. It is currently installing and super excited to try this out and have a road trip planned for tomorrow!
