I am also stuck on 3.1. The Lighting told me the 3.2 update was ready to install, but it never did.

On a possibly related note, my connected services didn’t activate when I bought the truck a couple of weeks ago. When I called Ford they said that weekend they had a known activation issue, and that did eventually get fixed, but it had me wondering if that may in part explain the failure to update. From reading here, it sounds like a few of are in the same boat.

Yes sir I saw that, its what made me check my truck. Mine said something updates but I see no changes in my truck. The powerup version is the same old 3.1.
