Perhaps Ford Streaming expired? Mine refused to show up until I subscribed so I'm guessing the opposite is also true.

I was subscribed and then unsubscribed, still worked until this update.

Edit: I just subscribed and it’s back smh

I hope this is a glitch. When 4.1.3 came out it said with ford streaming or Wi-Fi connection you could access YouTube.

I went and updated my GWM on the Feb 27th and then on March 1st it tried doing an OTA and failed. I went into the update logs and saw that the update I performed on the GWM was the same OTA it was trying to push. When I go into the "updates" tab inside the infotainment screen it shows there's an update still.

Seeing no other updates inside of FDRS it's safe to assume the only module that was updated on this Power-up was the GWM. Which was stated in a couple threads up.

Over the air updates are not working for me. The last update was January 21. My Lightning Lariat ER has tried 25-30 times to download the latest update but it continues to fail. Called Ford, they said the 12v battery is probably low, tried charging 12 V battery, no luck. I have auto updates turned on and have tried manual updates no luck. I have an appointment with the dealer tomorrow. I hope that the dealer has someone who knows what they are doing

Am I doing something wrong? I picked up the F-150 in January and I still haven't seen an update on the truck or on the Ford app.

I had this issue and tried everything to get it to go through. the last thing I noticed was that the Pro power onboard was enabled for the outlets inside the truck. I turned off pro power onboard for the whole truck and the update went through the very next time. Probably a fluke but who knows.

I received 4.2.1 last night while I was eating dinner at a friend's. MY23 Lariat ER built in December. I live in a very warm area, 75+F daily already, so I imagine my 12V is plenty healthy. I have had no modem issues like many other MY23 owners have reported.

Ford has done a terrible job of getting them out in a timely and organized fashion.

Worst part about the truck really.

Mine just updated from 4.1.1 straight to 4.2.1 without ever getting the 4.12 and 4.13 enhancements to the UI. My dial still only adjusts the radio and I don’t have any streaming icons under entertainment

Having the exact same issue, wonder how many people have been updated and still have the old UI...

Supposedly the 4.2.1 I just got on my 23 Pro includes the Gateway/Modem connectivity fix. Will keep you guys posted.
