Is one of the first eight battery modules. Eight @$4562.85 is $36,502.96. What is the part number for module #9 (the front one)?

This could get expensive…

They told me only module 7 was replaced. But the invoice shows qty 2 for the battery pack. That’s just odd.
TA-38-B is the thermal compound to place between cooling plate and battery.

All repaired , and I had my 2” levels installed in the front.

Now have to find some 20” bronze rims with tires.

Got the error last night. Charged stopped at 65% today with an error (at home). 23 Lariat. No dealer open in my area today. I did call the BEV number and opened a case. Two dealerships that are close to me (Atlanta area) are Angela Kruse ford Billy Howell. I bought through Angela Kruse, but frankly was not impressed with my service experience there. I am going to try Bill Howell. Any dealer recommendations (or horor stories) in Atlanta area are much appreciated.

This prompted my buy the Ford ESP from Grainger..
They told me that a battery module needs to be replaced and it would take a couple of weeks for the part to arrive. Since the vehicle is drivable, they said I can just bring it back when the part arrives.

My 2023 Lariat threw a wrench a week back and gave me powertrain malfunction, ok to drive on reduced power. In to dealer on Friday and today they say it is a coolant pump issue. Unfortunately the part is on a nationwide back order until April 21. Should get the truck back tomorrow, and will have to avoid drag racing any Prius from the stoplights for a few weeks.

I'm a month into a repair that they can't figure out and have replaced a few components with no luck but are now considering replacing a coolant pump as part of a trial and error process. Do you happen to know how they diagnosed the problem as the pump? Looking for any info I can share with them to speed up my repair. Thanks!

I wish I knew what they did to track the problem down. All I know is that they checked all software, which is up to date. I can ask when I speak with them tomorrow.
