So when I first received my Ford pro charger I was able to get it to connect to WiFi and everything was fine about a month a ago and the very next day the charger is showing offline so I’ve tried playing with it by resetting my WiFi and also trying to remove the cover on the pro charger and holding down the factory reset button and nothing also I have reset the breaker several times and I can never get my iPhone to see the pro charger at all on WiFi. Anyone else? what can I do?

I find the Wifi antenna in the FCSP to be absolutely terrible. If it wasn’t such a high amperage device I would try hack in a better antenna.

My solution was to have a separate Wifi access point closer to my driveway just for the FCSP and for the truck.

I have an access point right next to it hardwired and still having issues.

Could there be interference from the cables? There is a lot of copper loops covering the access point. I know I can block Wifi access to the FCSP just by standing next to it.

Try dropping all the cables to the ground and then reset — see if you connect.

so when I try to reconnect the charger on charge station app I can’t even find the ford charger like it doesn’t even exists and I’m standing next to it.

You have to hold the reset button for a ridiculously long time - I had to hold mine for almost two minutes before it actually reset and I could connect to again via its private wifi for setup from my phone. I had Ford support on the phone to help me through this.

It was a while ago, but I do remember that there was a change in the status lights and thinking “Holy F%*k - that was a long time to hold a reset button”.

Sometimes the issues can be related to the Ford cloud, especially if you're trying to view the FCSP status via the Fordpass app, here you see mine is talking to the cloud.

When I see a problem, I verify the the FCSP itself is still talking to the WWW, if it passes the following logins, then the problem is in the cloud, otherwise, the issue could be local to your hardware and networking.

Make sure that your phone is directly connected to your wifi network, the setup app will not communicate with the FCSP solely via the cell network.

Then bring up the Charge Station Pro setup application.
Click "Manage Settings"
If your FCSP is broadcasting you will see its Station ID, if it's not broadcasting or not connected to your wifi network you won't see something like mine.

After clicking Select, you should see a Station Password entry field blank or prefilled from remembered prior entry, fill in if needed or if prefilled, proceed to click the CONNECT button.

Same. The value add to trying to get it fixed permanently wasnt worth spending any more time on it.

All that matters is that it charges.

Stop bothering.... seriously. "Connecting" it gets you nothing more. You can see charging through the Ford pass app.

Mine is apparently connected because if I look at my wifi router's connections, I can see it, but through the "FCSP" App, I could never get it to recognize. I tried a half dozen times.

The truck side telematics is bring that information to you in Fordpass

You might want to retry the pairing step of the FCSP account to the Fordpass account, that's likely where your failure to see the FCSP status in Account > Connected Charger is failing.
