I'm getting a pulsing feeling while cruising around 45MPH on a flat or slight uphill. I feel it in the seat, not the steering wheel. It's not extreme, It feels sort of like a slightly inbalanced rear wheel, like there's ice on the inside of the wheel, but I'm certain that's not the case. It's been doing this since new.

The issue only happens around 45MPH and it *goes away in Sport mode*. In fact, I've been driving in Sport mode to avoid this issue, but occasionally I don't select the 'stay in sport mode' setting on start and it defaults back to normal mode and I feel the issue when cruising.

Anyone else with this issue? Pretty sure it's drivetrain/software related because it's mode dependent.

Is the truck empty or do you have weight in the back?

If no weight then start with the wheels and go from there.

I think that you’re describing the exact issue that I started a thread about some time ago. I could only think of describing it as stuttering, but a pulsing sensation makes sense too. I agree with you that it very much seems like a drivetrain issue. Some folks responded to that thread that they had success in eliminating it after rebalancing wheels, but that has not been my experience.

I have a 2023 extended range Pro with a smartcap on it. I only noticed the issue after about a year of ownership. It occurs right around the speed you mentioned and gets better (but doesn’t completely go away) in Sport mode, which is what makes me think it’s a drivetrain issue.
