Thanks Taxmanhog, I'll give that a try but currently charging and I know anything that deviates will do something stupid to my stats with the CSP and with in the app too. One time I was charging out in the wild and while sitting in the truck I was doing some charge stop searches in the app and the last place I searched for became the name of the place I was at in the log.

For the last week, the app was not showing estimated time of completion of charge for me. I went to the Apple App Store, and after clicking on the FordPass app to look at the description for it, there was indeed an update that I was unaware of maybe related.

I'm on android ver 5.11.0 of Fordpass, I have heard that 5.12.0 is in testing right now.

Looks like we're back in business, I was out shoveling snow from 1100 to 1210, once done, unplugged the truck. I wanted to open to unlock the door, so using my WATCH4 app, was able to communicate with my phone sitting in the house to send a unlock command to the truck, it did so and the app also reported SOC was 90%, good sign. Opened the door to wake up the IPC, confirmed fully charged to my SOC of 90%.

Got back to the house to check Fordpass, it was communicating with the cloud / truck, showing 90% SOC, permanent charge report available as well as the FCSP insights report.

Ahhhh, departure timer (off plug) is working this morning, running a full 30 minute cycle with the single request to be ready at 7:35, I anticipated it would actually start at 7:30 which it did, and run for 15 minutes to 7:45. but the app says it'll run until 8:00

Also showing the various cabin climate controls properly.

I set it up this way, in the event DT failed, I could then try remote climate start at 7:45, but since she is using maximum 30 minute duration of the initial kick, there is no chance to run an alternate session. At least communications are up again, I know it's only creature comforts but IMHO, if I'm going to be 'paying' for this service I want it to be more reliable.

IOS/Apple has had them for quite a while.

Just tap on Climate Setting box (once Climate is started) and they pop up from bottom.
