Well that makes sense, and while that was not immediately clear to me, I will apologize for my response.

So to turn this discussion in a better direction, I will state that my lightning will be delivered this Friday. However, I already have a 2023 Mach-E. I got tired of waiting for Ford, and so I ordered the Lectron adapter, which I have tested and works at Tesla superchargers and long distance drives.

With the lightning coming, I should soon receive my A2Z adapter. I will report back.

I will also say that having access to the Tesla chargers removed much of the anxiety that I had.

Finally, as a matter, of course, unless absolutely necessary, and even if my car tells me it’s possible, I force myself to charge at no less than 15%. I recognize that that is not possible in all situations.

It's nice to have options and the ability to chose the best vehicle for your situation. Would be even more nice if our policy makers would understand and embrace that concept. You don't have to be a stranger, could always peek back in and say hi once in a while
