Ford should end prioritization after MY22 until all 200,000 have at least one shot at ordering a truck at the preferred trim level.

Then resume prioritizations, just my humble opinion.

There has been zero confirmation that ford will allow (new) prioritizations again for MY23. I don’t think they will and will run out the reservations, with any new orders falling behind those.

Why would they give dealerships such lengthy prioritization lists and then give them almost 0 allocation for MY22 only to do away with the lists for MY23? Doesn’t make sense to me

Pretty sure they will keep currently prioritized customers at the front of the line even as MY changes to 2023. They just won’t (hopefully) allow another round of (additional) prioritizations. We shall see!

I hope the old reservation list continues or as it evolves into MY23 where folks took the option to extend, they hold the 5/19+ timestamp, fall into original order only ones missing are us lucky MY22 customers and all the canceled reservations.

If that pool is now much smaller than MY23+ production capacity, reopen the reservation gate, and those folks fall in behind the MY22/23 extensions FiFo.

I live in a CARB state (aka ZEV). 1st day reservation. Dealer I chose says maybe 2024. I'm 35/25. Dealers determine the delivery, not much relationship to the non-reservation "reservation". Assuming they get 25, my position in '23 would be 15/25 but then dealer will bump that up to 35/25 again. So a No. 19,898 "reservation" becomes a 198,898 "reservation"...to infinity and beyond. Likely have either a Rivian EV or a Silverado EV before that. Only keeping the "reservation" to flip it at this point.

Rivian is pretty much in reservation order. Silverado is purely dealers choice but they tell you that up front.
Same boat, PDX. Deposits on all of them. And two on the Silverado (diff dealers- #4 at one and #85 at the other). They have no Clue yet as to allocations.

Silverado is at Tonkin and F150 is a Damerow. I got an intro email from Tonkin. I'll ask where I am on the list. I made it just a few weeks ago so no great expectations. Damerow has me 35/25 so I'd expect I'll be 15/15 + their '23 allocation, late '23 early '24.

Rivian, no idea but coworker is getting his RS1 next month so I'll get a good look at it. Rivian said they are working on a delivery page so you can see where you stand in line.
