It is a complete stop sale due to the tail light bar ? They can’t even sell the ones on lot except for pros?

They can't sell the Lariat and Platinum trucks on the lot, or in transit, that were built before March 28th.

This seems like bad news masquerading as good news since they weren’t even delivering Lightnings until the end of the 5th month of 2022, meaning there was only 1 full month in the first half of last year where they were even delivering Lightnings… yet they only tripled that one month with 6 months of 2023?

It's over a thousand % higher than they delivered in all of 2021!!!

It seems like kind of a lame self pat on the back.

Tripled is about right, even if they only booked official sales the month of June for the first half of CY22

May-YTD 1st half CY23

I would've expected more considering they didn't even start making the trucks until march/april last year. When were the first deliveries? May?

These early stats, probably not very significant.
More important might be to see if the month over month production numbers have steady increased.
So, how many Lightings produced so far (cumulatively) since 2022?

If I interpret this right, the rate of lightning production has remained essentially flat the past 9 months? And they’ve had plant expansions? I woul have thought Ford should have been producing and selling more.

The plant expansions have been built during the past year. The only thing that has changed was the addition of a shift. It's currently down, being totally reconfigured to take advantage of the extra space. Should be running by the end of the month.

Unsurprising with the increased production and availability. XLTs aren’t effected by the light bar issue and had their prices adjusted to fit under the tax credit limit. I suspect that those trucks will be the most popular trim going forward.

I am starting to see them everywhere now.
