There is more to this story than we will ever know. We have a spreadsheet with 354 trucks on it. Of those 354 trucks 156 are dealer mannequins, the other 185 are special orders. These numbers won't add up to 354 because we have about 37 trucks that the window sticker problems, or no blend date yet. Of those there are only 11 that have a built date on them. A few of them have it checked which means that it has shipped, but not all of the 11. And the crazy part of all this is that these trucks are all over the place on the build dates. A few of those 11 were built in the first early dates, but they range from 3/16 to 5/2 for those 11 built trucks. Of those 11, only 2 are special orders.

Some would say they pull from the front, or first trucks built are first ones out. This view of our 11 out of the total 354 we can see, are in the front back and middle. Another interesting stat, of the 354 trucks, 284 of them are built. Most of those 156 mannequins are built from 3/16 to 5/4, with a small amount of special orders in April. Statistically speaking, at least 85% of those trucks built in March and April were dealer mannequins. And that is just what we can see. There are a lot more dealer orders and special orders that we have no visibility on, but I think we can draw a good comparison.

I think it is highly probable that their are more than 11 trucks shipped out of the ones we have visibility on, but the tracker hasn't been updated properly. If you go and search the Bronco forums, you will find a lot of cases where dealer received vehicles but the tracker never updated past the Produced date. I am not saying this to say all these trucks have shipped. Based on only 2 out of 11 are special orders, there may be mostly dealer mannequins out there on the road instead of a lot of special orders.

At the end of the day we are in a better position than most of the other product lines. Many thousands of broncos still parked on dirt mountain awaiting chips. Can’t sell what’s not in dealer hands.

your post makes a lot of sense. still seems like some dealerships are within a day trucking that something should be showing up at a dealership.

but let’s go with the phrase we started a month ago. . . . . We should start seeing some deliveries in the next couple of weeks.
🤦‍♂️

One more added to the Special Order group @kwalt21 joins the list, his and the other two Specials were ordered on 1/6 & 1/7, while all the mannequins were ordered by Ford on 12/22/21 & 12/23/21, this is indication that movements are about to happen.

After I placed my order on the 6th of Jan I was in the dealership when they told me that they had ordered their mannequin and it was like a copy of my order (with the exception that they added Max Tow). Again this like two weeks after I had ordered. My point is that even though all the mannequin orders went in using Ford's fleet order process and that they all appear to have been ordered in late Dec, the truth is that in most cases the actual order was sent in after wave 1 invitees ordered.

Let me get this straight. . . . So checking my email every 30 seconds to check for “built” email from ford and checking the tracker once an hour isn’t going to make it change it’s status❓a little like pressing the elevator button a few more times doesn‘t make it come quicker.

wow, that’ll free up a lot of my time. 🤷🏼‍♂️

now just back to waiting. . . . . 💤
but...what if hitting the refresh button one more time will be the magic refresh. I have to try 😵

A tweet from Friday showed a Ford e-mail that estimated delivery from May 30 to June 5... so we're getting very close!
So the OP in the Twitter message I posted gave the following information about his:

- Michigan Resident
- Platinum Trim
- 20 May 2021 reservation
- 7 Jan 2022 order date
- 18 April build

If we keep sending electrons, the factory has to go faster right?

I heard they were short on “flux capacitors” or they might have forgotten to install the “phalanges”
once they take care of these deliveries will accelerate.

I'm not sure the Ford tracker has ever been very good on the Production and delivery part. That is known from other models too. My sisters Superduty only took 2.5 weeks to ship, but it was at the dealer before the tracker updated.

On the flip side it has been almost 10 days since Farley showed loading trucks. The one or two magical trackers that are updating that do show shipped, we still have nothing on the ground to show for it.

I don't believe the tracking part of this mess at all.
