Where do you find the reference guide in Ford Pass app? I can’t find it.

From the homepage on FordPass app, Choose “service “ on the bottom Of the screen,
Then choose “reference guide” on the next page,
Then you’ll see the how to videos, the manual, etc

I logged into my account, selected my lightning (I have more than one ford), learn more about my vehicle, then click how to videos.
