Ya think we will have them by Labor Day (that’s the first Monday in September for our friends up north in Canada) or the first Monday in October (the start of the next term for the US Supreme Court)? Otherwise, its my birthday in November or Christmas in December.

Gotta have a sense of humor, and I know that there are build weeks earlier than ours that have trucks just languishing in MI.

Good theory. My estimated delivery date is the 23rd - 29th. I am fortunate enough to have FordPass activated, so I tracked the vehicle and know where its at and its been sitting there since, waiting to get on a railcar. No moment or anything for several days.

I am in the same boat. I can see my truck on gps waiting to be loaded onto the train at the factory but no movement in almost a week. Weird- you would think they would either ship it out or move it so it wasn't in the way. it almost seems like they cant get enough trains.

I was happy when my truck moved from the Ford area to New Boston on the 6th. I figured it’s checked in and all good to go waiting to be put on a auto rail. Then around 9:30am yesterday (July 8th), I got an alert that the doors opened. I thought this was it, and it’s being loaded. Nothing happened, and thought maybe they were just looking at the car. A bit later from there, I noticed my SoC dropped by 1%. So I refreshed the location and it was moved more towards the front of the rails. I also noticed on the VVR it was formally checked-in. Before that, I don’t think they had any idea it even existed in the lot. So I have no idea when it will load at this point. I am in the 6/13 build week, so technically you should get yours before me.

I have been looking at ways and procedures of loading a rail car, and it seems to go by how long you been at that location waiting, type of vehicle, and destination. Yes, that seems to help, but I have yet to figure out those large parking lanes. They fit 10 vehicles, and usually that’s the minimum they would carry, depending on the levels of the autocar and what vehicle is being loaded. Does it by by order - first in, first out, etc?

I think you are in the 250mi radius, which could be the reason why.

Yeah, that's reasonable.

Because I had no warning, I don't have my down payment ready to go. It will likely be Monday or Tuesday before I can take delivery. If I had warning on say Thursday, I'd be able to pick it up today.

Short hauls get marked delivered before they log the shipping data, seen this phenomena several times with MI & northern OH and IN deliveries

I was a little concerned when all sites changed back to Awaiting Shipment, I got a little worried. But, got a shipped email this morning, so all good...
