So it just happens to be that I live near the railroad tracks and Union Pacific just past and it was about 30 cars long all carrying empty auto transport containers. As I heard the train coming I went out to look I don’t know if it was any of our cars but I went ahead and called. Car 973771 my rail car is now reporting as empty. I live in Vacaville and the train was headed towards Benicia Richmond and the Bay Area. Would this train have emptied our trucks somewhere closer to Sacramento? Or it could just be a coincidence

Got this one too that shows my windshield may have been replaced. Says it was cracked but looked perfect today.

For the battery test, and condition… it doesn’t mean you had a cracked windshield. That was just an example. I had one as well, but my dealership tossed it before I can take it.

Well, it seems like there are 3-4 rails of lightnings in CA. Just depends how they move from here.

I scoped this out because I had a UP Rep tell me my railcar was not going to benicia. Ultimately, knowing the destination requires a customer account, so maybe it was and they where just throwing me off the scent so I couldn't engage in train robbery


There are no official stops anywhere else for automobiles (it's bay area and SoCal), there are places in West Sacramento and Roseville that could but every designated place I looked at they took automobiles also had a big parking lot they could unload them too... Neither or those places had them, they are basically just big switching tracks and nothing else.

Mines empty too as of 7:59pm, 7/23.

29 days from production to delivery - has to be a "Lightning" fast delivery to date ??

The earliest indicator is what I'm going with, ORDERTRACK.APP always aces that measure, then the two SHOP sites take several hours to synchronize.

After seeing mine update late yesterday on order track, it was sporadic on the shop sites, and depending on if I used EDGE or Chrome or I used Mobile vs laptop, I think local data caching is causing the discrepancies over several hours until the dust settles.

Finally this morning the SHOP sites are in sync but my personal order page on FORD.COM still shows in production with original ETA of 7/28.

I think that will update Monday morning with a shipped status and possible adjustment of the ETA.

With all the pictures posted today, am I the only one who chose rapid red? I've seen a bunch of pictures posted today in several threads, all from Ford e-mails but I think mine was the only rapid red I saw!

When I picked mine up yesterday there was a rapid red Lariet that was scheduled for pick up on Monday. Not sure if he is in the boards (Leif Johnson Ford...Austin)
