I'm curious as to why exact builds with in production dates have built dates before mine. What is the production process for these? How can it be in production for 2 weeks?

CSX tracking says my truck’s rail car is “constructively placed” here in Tampa… whatever that means! Hope that means it’ll be trucked over to the dealer a half hour from the rail yard very soon.

Dealer let me know it was in las Vegas when I told him my tracking said it was unloaded.

And, there are three other folks on the forums who got the same message one way or another, and I believe it was three different trains so far (maybe two), and one more coming.

Being in las vegas and having to ship to NorCal would likely be 2 to 3 times slower than being in the bay area. So I don't know how they are getting these trucks in on time. Truckers are in short supply. A single hauler could probably do two loads in a day from bay area. From LV to NorCal might not even be able to do one in a day.

I just got home from London, Yes I am up at 3AM.... Timing is all messed up!

I checked my Ford Res and my Delivery date has been CHANGED!

Others in our NorCal group moved up from early August dates as well. I've always been 7/23 - 7/29.

That sounds promising on paper. But, I'm overly pessimistic about it... Ford's system saw everyone get unloaded from a train and moved up some dates, but I assume their system thinks they are in the Bay Area and a short ride to the dealer. Not Las Vegas.

Is it considered a sickness if i set my alarm to 3:30 am to see if my status updated to "shipped" since ford servers usually update around 3 a.m.?

Is it also considered a sickness if i drive by the dealer lot in the evening just to check if the website is wrong and i might be one of the lucky ones where the truck magically shows up without website or email update?

Now if I could just get my dealer in gear… Rail car is empty but the sales mgr said it “could be up to 10 days out” between transport and PDI… even though the dealer is only 25 mins away from the rail yard

My original expected date was 7/21-7/27. Received an email from for stating there is a delay now expected 8/8-8/14. At least they told me. lol

True, at least they are being realistic with you. I had a delivery estimate of 7/31-8/6 and then they bumped it up to 7/20-7/26...meanwhile the thing hasn't moved from the parking lot on Sheaffer Rd since it was parked there on 7/6. Other than the occasional door opening in the middle of the night ‍... It's now 7/27 and they haven't updated that passed delivery window. I'm just still operating under the 7/31-8/6 estimate and pretending like that new window was a mess up in the algorithm..

They moved my window up but I am still hoping for Aug 1-3

Delivery window moved to 8/2 to 8/8. Built 6/30, still no shipped email. Arggh!
