Ford is not afraid of your “I might talk to a lawyer” - they get that everyday, they have full time lawyers for that.

FYI, this one disabled the auto folding mirrors option for me. Similar issue happened on the Mach-E with its recent Sync update.

Sigh... I got a notice of an update the day before heading out of town. Hadn't had an update since July 7th... was excited that maybe I would get the battery % at least... Nope I got an update to the Manual! A manual that talks about all the new features, bells and whistles that I'm supposed to have... Can't believe I got the manual that describes features and capabilities my truck doesn't yet have...

Then delete that charge location and set it back up. It's been known to happen to some people after updates.
That appears to have fixed the problem. I initially had suspected it might just only needed a re-write of the configuration, so I tried just changing something and re-saving, but that didn't work.

At the time, I didn't want to delete and set it up again as I didn't have the time. Turns out, I really didn't have the time when I tried to just edit, because when I deleted it, it wouldn't let me set it up again until I charged at home "for the first time", despite all the times we've charged since May.

I had to plug it in to charge for a minute or two before it could be set up. Once I did that, the display showed something like "Charing will begin at set time". I'll have to wait until Monday to be 100% sure as there are no black-out windows over the weekend.

Any pics of the new UX changes?
IMO it’s not at all noticeable. The title bar shrink is basically not noticeable unless you’re a UI designer. The settings menu is a little cleaner and I do like that the software update page now has a UI that prevents it from prematurely showing the wrong info if you open it too soon after booting up Sync.

Stupid question, but how can I see what version of software I currently have? I guess I am not looking in the right place on either the Sync screen or the Ford Pass app. I got my truck in July and haven't received any updates to my knowledge. I have automatic updates on and I even tried to manually see if any updates were available and it says there aren't any updates.

There is no dedicated status screen, I keep every communication record found on Fordpass.

Account > Message Center, the most recent message [You're Rolling with.....] has a [Update Details] link to a page describing the most recent update/version posted to my truck, sometimes these links go stale.

BTW, the web server dishing out these details is painfully slow the past month since Fordpass 4.30.2 was released, it is horrendous.

Thanks. I guess I need to start saving my messages. I have nothing on my message center right now.
I know you said you haven't received any updates, but I will note that when I do I make screen shots of the messages from the app.

@TaxmanHog - you make a bold statement when you talk about how slow the messages and app are. Were they ever speedy? I've not noticed them being any slower, but it is a painful app to have to deal with.

The dealer did my CSP-23B57 update on Friday before delivery - says all updates were done. But have only seem to have a basic number of APPs - Can I tell which OTA I am at our got. When I check from the Sync Updates menu - says all up to date. ? Any help appreciated

Are you on Android or iOS? Ford pass is slow on anything that requires pulling data from their servers and often loses connection on myAndroid phone (s23 ultra). Ford pass on my 2017 model ipad pro is much faster and it rarely loses connection. I think they give preferential treatment to iOS development for Ford pass. Even the beta version I signed up for is coming out on iOS first.

Noticed a bug. If you open the camera while driving above 5-10mph, the "X" the close out of the camera isn't there. Unsure if this bug only happens during carplay or not. Ill have to test that some other time.
