The Flash is the sweet spot spec. If I was buying today, I'd go with a Flash. That said, I love 23 Lariat ER. More than 17k miles so far and they're installing my heated steering wheel next week. Woohoo!
I’m with you. 2023- 17k - got my heated wheel a month ago and now it feels complete. The flash is great compared to what ford currently deletes with the lariats and platinums. I feel there's not that much differentiation between the EV trims vs the ICE trims. Hopefully in 25 we will get tremor trim ect.

The prices in the upper part are without D&D which means the Lariat can only have $504 of options to stay under the $80K needed for the $7500 rebate . Goodbye Max Tow package or Azure Gray.

I just looked at the MSRP on my 22 Lariat ER, and the $2K price increase is not hateful, considering that the the prior price for MY 24 was only $21 higher.

And, yes, I realize that Ford had extremely wide price swings in MY 23 - but I am only looking at the chart.

Seems like Ford is taking advantage of the Cybertruck pricing and lack of Silverado production. I wonder what they will do when the Rivian R2 hits the streets.
R2 sounds like it will only be the R2S but maybe I’m wrong.

I am so very glad I got my extended range XLT for 65k last year with both tow packages equipped and the spray in bed liner. I got it 11k off MSRP (but they added back in some garbage fees). After the tax credit it brings it down to 57500 so I feel like I got a steal on it. Don't regret the choice after seeing the new prices

I’ve got my eye on a MY23 Lariat 511A. Hoping some dealer incentives will start to kick in with so many 23s still on lots. Anyone seeing dealer incentives (not tax rebates)?

As far as I know and what was told, the only Ford to Dealer incentive is $1,500 on XLT. Nothing on Lariat... maybe something on Plat? nothing on pro.

About 2 months ago, Ford was giving Dealers $7,500 incentive on Lariat, plus folks negotiated another $7,500 off... so that got you down to $65k for a $80k sticker... and then your $7,500 Fed off of that.

I am fairly sure you can get $7,500 with some work, but as far as I know, there is no additional ford to dealer incentive on Lariats.

there is however better financing rate offers.
