Dropped off today to fix some sunroof issues but SA said they would take care of the other two recalls also.

I would expect the OP attachments would say, I don’t have time to check them, did you have a look? I imagine it can’t hurt, but could be wrong.I ordered the replacement part from Tasca to do it myself since it should be pretty straightforward mechanically and dealers with 2 hours of me are months out for service.
Question to anyone who knows; is a BMS reset required after this replacement or will the truck figure it out on its own?
I'm guessing the Mxxx-10c652-xx is an older version that is trustworthy and within the specifications our Lightnings DC/DC charging system can work well with. The Nxxx version must have issues .So, I've been digging a little more. Earlier in the thread I mentioned a huge thread on the 14thGen forum on the BMS. I looked at the video again and the guy showed his 2021 ICE Platinum. Here is the BMS it had:
Exact same Hardware ID (4.11) and Software ID (6.10) as what they are now giving us (see pic of my new one above). Note the ICE one was made in 2020! Will be curious to see what the 2024 models are getting.
How did you find out you need HV battery module replacement? The dealer had the sensor available and performed the 23B70 today while my truck was in for a HV battery module replacement.
login to ford.com and check for customer satisfaction programs/recalls for your truck. Not everyone needs the HV battery module change, some just need the control module updated. How did you find out you need HV battery module replacement?
