Just got my truck back from the dealership Friday afternoon after they replaced the 12v battery for the second time since i bought my ’23 in May of last year. Checked the ID on the BMS and found it to be under the CSP. Called the dealer today and service advisor said the replacement module is already on order and he will call me when it comes in To schedule an appointment.

I have one of the affected part numbers that is within the date range. However, my truck's build date on the door tag lists 11/22. Does this CSP apply to all affected part numbers or is it limited to those part numbers within a certain date range?

I got a notification this morning to schedule service for this issue. Have to wait 2 1/2 weeks.

No this is not preventing the updates being sent to you. The fact your truck is a 2023 is the reason you're not getting updates. Just read this whole thread and you'll be enlightened!

The date range for 2023 was open-ended. You should be affected. You'll know for sure when the CSP shows up in the FordPass app under Service/CSP or you get the letter.

It looks like they took the 12V SOC off the vehicle dashboard page. Unfortunately it looks like they replaced it with the GOM.

that charge level should be visible at all times on the ford pass app.

The CSP hasn’t shown up on my account yet but I went by the dealer today and showed him I had the affected part and I’m scheduled to get it replaced next week. The part is in stock at one of their other locations so they have to get it sent over.

I have the affected part number 12v BMS. No CSP in the mail and no CSP tab in FordPass anymore for me. I may have the earliest build date of this BMS.
I regularly get OTA…but I drive a lot.

-AD in my Pro, module dated 2022-11-10.

Been regularly receiving updates, believe I'm currently on 6.8.0, only had update failures a handful of times but generally work on the next attempt. This CSP campaign appears in my FordPass, seems like a good excuse to try out Mobile Service.
