The last time your truck reported anything to the cloud was on 3/25 and I see the powertrain fault, but it does not seem like the dealer has touched the truck since then. I see they pulled some pin-point tests in PTS related to what you're saying (PTS : PINPOINT TEST AP: HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY PACK CELL BALANCING FAULTS). I don't see enough or know enough about the EV's to discredit what they are saying.

You have OTA 6.8.0 in your queue. Seems like Fordpass works. If you don't have an auto-updates schedule set, then set one to see if you get lucky and your 12v battery is healthy enough for it to go through.

I have a bad track record with this dealer. They had my last truck (2016 / ICE F-150) for over 4 months without any end in sight before I gave up and traded it in for a Mach-E in 2021. They told me they had some trucks there for more than 6 months and that pushed me to just trade it rather than wait any longer and worry that even if they figured out what was wrong that it would be fixed right.

I do have auto-updates turned on for every night at 1am and I guess it didn't push over yet. It would be funny if that update fixes the error and they claim they did something.

That update is for the IPC which has nothing to do with the battery cells. It is possible that your 12v is disconnected and that is why the truck is not talking to the cloud.

That update is for the IPC which has nothing to do with the battery cells. It is possible that your 12v is disconnected and that is why the truck is not talking to the cloud.
The truck is still talking to the cloud. I can still connect to it with FordPass and see the battery levels, GPS location, mileage, etc. In fact, I check it a few times a day to see if they've put any miles on it and see if the charging level changes.

Yea, you're right. I can see it last reported about an hour ago. It may need to be started to allow the OTA trigger to move on to the download step of the process before the auto-update schedule can attempt the actual install part.

Yea, you're right. I can see it last reported about an hour ago. It may need to be started to allow the OTA trigger to move on to the download step of the process before the auto-update schedule can attempt the actual install part.
The other reason I like to check daily is that I know that once they actually open the battery pack, the computer will be off, so I've been checking to see if/when that happens, so I'll know they're actually working on it.

Just got it back from the dealer after sending it in to fix bluecruse. They said they flashed all the modules, but the issue remains. ( BlueCruise never engaging )

Everything looks good as far as the config and having the correct updates needed for BC to work. I had someone else look at your truck and I was told these codes is what is preventing BC from working. If you don't have FORScan, get it. You need to go into the wrench icon and clear codes for both the GWM and IPMA and BC should work after that.

Error came back at some point and BC never engaged, so assuming it came back when I took it out. Will have to keep playing around with it. Thanks again for checking.

My bad, I missed a step. Reset both modules and then clear codes.
