Last OTA you got was 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE about a week ago. The update you want is an OBCC update ( I don't remember the update name) and you do have an OBCC update pending on the server. Just gotta wait for it to be sent to you. No way of knowing when that will be and no way to speed up the process.

No updates have been sent to you yet. Vehicle was just purchased 3 weeks ago and the modem was just activated then, so nothing to worry about in that regard. You just gotta wait your turn.

OTA history is below. The truck was sent two updates before you bought it that timed out and failed because nobody started the truck while the OTA trigger was active. Nothing to worry about; they will be resent eventually.

Everything looks good on the surface. Last OTA it got was 6.4.0 about a week ago, so not terribly behind.

The March 7th try... the truck was idle all day on the 5th and 6th with a start up around 11:25am to head for the Flora-Bama. Must have just missed that one.
The March 14th try... the truck was idle on the 12th but very busy on the 13th, 14th and 15th. Driving from lower Alabama to Central Illinois. Not complaining just trying to give some information.
Patiently waiting for OTA updates!

Oh, my bad. Warranty start date is 3/25/2023.....not sure why I read 2024. It makes the OTA's that timed out even stranger. One of the updates was sent while the other one was in queue, but your truck never pinged the server back for either one of them so they expired. Very strange indeed. You had updates before and after those two go through with no issue. Not sure what happened with these.

Correction: It did ping the server back for the IPC update because I see it shows "consent" was given by the truck being turned on and the interrogator log got posted, but it never downloaded any of the files. Maybe a poor connection? It's very difficult to diagnose why an update failed.

My last update failed while it was at the dealer for a few weeks - that was the audio-dc. I got an email today that might indicate I got another update (nothing on the screen) or will be getting one, or Ford has just toasted their communication again and the email has nothing to do with me or my truck.
