CSP-23B50 Charge Cord Stuck - Reprogram Battery Charge Control Module.

Why did they leave 2022 Lightnings off the models affected, only showing 2023? The date range goes back to Jan 2022!

MY23 base code might have a defect that needs correcting which cropped up at the transition to the new model year for Lightnings

Keep in mind that the 2022 Lightnings will get a BECM update for the battery modules, therefore one would conclude that this update would be all inclusive.

2023 is included too - I have a 2023 Lariat & a battery module was replaced last week - the update is a separate issue apparently.

Guys, I have my First DCFC trip coming up and I have not done this CSP. My dealer says they can't get to this for another month. How much of a risk would you say it is doing 10+ DCFCs as is?

I had an appointment today (5/8/24) to take care of this (23B50) as well as 23B57 and 23B70. Service advisor called me in the morning and said that Ford had put a hold on both 23B50 and 23B57, said that they wouldn't be able to do these until further notice. They were able to take care of 23B70.

I believe it was lifted yesterday afternoon.
