It definitely did not make your current blue cruise smoother or any different. Unfortunately you're experiencing confirmation bias. Kind of like when a teenager puts a bottle octane booster in their gas tank and is convinced he can feel a 20hp gain in power

@Ford Motor Company BlueCruise 1.0 here. Have had the vehicle since July 2022. Why on earth would I expect I’d get this before you try to charge me a stupid renewal fee?

Can't wait for Ford to update our non BC Lightnings to allow for smooth more natural driving without trying to drive me into the K-rail(Jersey Barrier) or accelerating in traffic like a cat after a fuzzy ball when a motorcycle passes by or seesawing in between lanes or abruptly stopping like as if my truck was drunk. But I'm not holding my breath and I guess we can't all have perfection.
Other than that, the truck is great.

My wife's Mach-e expires on 12/31 - still no word on an update and we have no intention of subscribing at this time. I suspect that Ford's take rate on Bluecruise subscriptions is going to be MUCH lower than they are expecting.

I have a '22 Platinum and still waiting on any type of BlueCruise update.

I am disappointed in the unclear communications from Ford about the OTAs and on how to know how to receive them and when there is a problem with them being disseminated.

I had the TSB for the front parking sensors and battery done….then bluecruise worked much better….looked into it and was able to enable it via forscan and now have 1.4….it is amazing, even with level and bigger tires it is nearly flawless and the lane changing works way better than expected…I actually prefer this on the highway to my model s autopilot

I think this happened to me too - dealer had to do "8 hours of updates" to apply those TSB items and then bluecruise seems way more solid and doesn't disconnect where it used to. Cool!

How did you enable this to get Blue Cruise 1.4 going in the Forscan app?
After the parking sensor update, I had the small 360-degree camera issue, so I enabled a bigger vertical version, which made it bigger but not what it was.
