Nothing you can do about a failed OTA but to wait for it to be resent and hope for better luck next time.So what would be the fix for @Pioneer74?

I had OTA stuck at non complete. Took it to the dealership and they manually update it and also update something that have to do with the connection/modem (forgot what it’s called). Ever since then, I got the scheduled update (the one you can’t drive) and a few days ago OTA. So far so good hope it stay this way.Could this failed update hinder all other future updates?
I have my 50k mile service scheduled in a couple of weeks. Since I have a couple of CSP'S that need done also, if this update doesn't fix itself, I'm going to try to get them to update my gateway module. So what would be the fix for @Pioneer74?

5th time's a charm? The OTA was sent to you 5 times in 3 weeks before it went through.I got desperate and I left the truck on while it connected to the house WiFi since it said it was downloading (been "Not Completed" for nearly a month). I was checking the house WiFi logs as well to see how much it downloaded. However, I had to leave and went to my weekly seminar with it still saying downloading, and turned off the truck.
I came out with a pleasant surprise of it being updated.
I can't find the post where I read it, but I have a memory of someone saying a 12v disconnect / reboot got things working for them. If my memory isn't fooling, a few others chimed in that it worked for them as well.Hey all, I am an EAP member facing a like issue with 6.8. It's been over 5 weeks since I've had this screen and I cannot get the update to go through. I have driven over 1,200 miles, trickle charged the 12v, etc. Any ideas? Thanks!

If the message on your screen reads "not complete", it means the OTA failed, so no need to do anything special to try to get it to go through. Crud, I just recalled where I saw the reset. It was the fix if your update screen fails to display anything, it gets stuck figuring out your update status essentially. Trust @rugedraw, if he says nothing you can do then you just have to accept that it will eventually come back around and try again. Trust me, I know it ain't easy. I had to wait 358 days between updates.thank you. I did unplug for about a minute and I didn’t make any progress. Is there some standard where I need to unplug for so many minutes?
