I was trying to get glare free headlights to work iny truck. The other modules would load and I could change the as built data, but ipma would fail to load.

I made the other changes and the green glare free A shower on the dashboard, glare free was listed in the vehicle settings, but they did not work (low beams or high beams only) no automatic anything.

Any ideas on why the ipma module would not load? Thanks!

Make sure you are on the most recent version of Forscan. Also clear out your profile or tell it that you have a new vehicle when doing the initial connection. I did the glare free update today with no issues.

+1 on this issue. Went to make some changes in the module and it gives me this error. This was on a regular f150 lariat, not lightning.

Is this a more recent issue with Forscan as I did not have this issue in the past.

Same issue for me. Trying to activate glare free on my 2024 Lightning Pro and the IPMA won't write, I get the same error, "Service procedure has been interrupted".

I sent an email to ForScan support last night with the logs and they acknowledged the receipt of everything this morning. Hopefully they can figure out what's going on.

I was able to get it to work by using the not "as built" module option. I scrolled through the options and the headlight setup was one of the options. I selected glare free and it is working.

I tried that last night, but still received the "Service procedure has been interrupted" error.

I might try to load an older version of forscan and see if that helps, at least until I hear something back from the support team.

I updated glare-free using AsBuilt a week ago. However I was still on version 2.3.62, which is not the latest. So that may be the issue.

The ForScan team sent me a test version this morning, 2.3.64. I won't be able to load it up and try it out until later tonight. Stay tuned...

Successfully able to complete all of the IPMA and other module changes with the test version of forscan that they sent me. I now have working glare-free headlights!

If you are still having problems, pay for an extended license, contact the ForScan support team and send them your log files (instructions are on the ForScan webpage). Your issues writing to the IPMA may be different than mine and the troubleshooting will help create the next ForScan version.

The cost of the license is minimal and worth every penny to get the glare-free working. The lights are that good!

Same problem here. I have a couple changes that use the IPMA module. Hopefully that .64 is available soon.

Update: It was my ELM 327 OBDII adapter. I needed to tell Forscan to auto increase the Baud Rate. They also gave me the .64 test build, so between those two things I now have Glare Free and BC with lane change and centering.
