My RFA cleared after the last update in early Oct. The ACM doesn't clear, as reported by others, and I can't install the BCM update because it requires a dealer code, which I don't have.
When I updated the IPMA & PSCM combo 2 days ago, it was successful and didn't change my glare-free settings. I did get a Stop Safely Now error, that was cleared when I disconnected the LVB for 5 minutes. This was followed by the wrench service vehicle error that was cleared by running clear DTCs and retest tool.

I did still have the glare-free icon on the IPC after the IPMA update. But the full glare-free 'effect' of the lights shutting off certain segments so as not to affect oncoming traffic stopped. When I checked the IPMA with FORSCAN I found that I had to change this value back to "9".

I fixed that yesterday and ran the Read Configuration tool to upload the settings to the cloud so that they will hopefully now be persistent across future updates.

Now if I could only figure out why the clock in Sync keeps reverting to 12hr time everytime I start the truck, instead of the 24hr time format I prefer that would be great.

I've seen this come up on this forum before....I don't remember who was the member that had this issue. This fixed it:

Javier, I will go out and do that today. And thanks for pointing out where that was in the spreadsheet, I couldn't find it yesterday.

I'm just hoping that when I do the change it will actually 'stick'.

BTW while we're on the FORSCAN topic. For those of us who have the BC lane change feature working...how do you get the graphic lane change 'squiggle' animation to show up in the IPC? Mine just has a text that comes up and either says that it's "Preparing to..." or "Changing Lanes" etc. but the graphic of the truck in the center stays the same without showing the animation.

Same on my truck. That animation is missing from the IPC software on the trucks. Only the Mach E has the cool lane change thingy. Hopefully we get it with a future IPC update.

My 2024 with BC 1.2 from the factory has the animation so I’m sure you’ll eventually get it…. In 2030.

The 24 are different. Their IPC is managed by the APIM now. Same with the 24 ICE Mustang......not sure if the 24 Mach E switched to this architecture, too. The 24 Mustang got new gauges in the IPC from an APIM update.

That’s cool! I had no idea it worked like that on the 24’s.
