I said I wouldnt pay a dime for their ransom for holding features hostage that we paid for when purchasing the vehicle.
Keeping this as general as possible without saying much... you purchased what was on the monroney sticker. This isn't BMW... not yet anyway.

True enough, but I didnt pay what was on the monroney sticker either.

but there are things on the monroney that we are paying for now. My monroney doesn't have BC for a 3 year trial. It just says bluecruise. The newer ones says "3YR"

I signed up, and then started receiving updates regularly.
And then they stopped.

They must have realized I owned a Pro and they don't actually care what I think so no need to send me updates...

I don’t think anyone has actually said anything that matters but if you have half a brain, you can figure it out! Not an EAP myself, but I did apply and never heard anything back. I guess I’m not a cool kid😢 but I do have half a brain😝

Did anybody else get two different surveys? They didn't specify which vehicle they were sent for, but I believe one was geared more toward our Mach-E.

I don’t own a Mach-e and it felt more geared to the Mustang brand.

Frankly, I think this is one of the silliest things that @Ford Motor Company is doing with their time. They’ve got bigger fish to fry…like fixing stuff that doesn’t work. To be clear, I love the truck, but I’d much rather they spend their time, energy and MONEY on meaningful changes that customers want, like an improved infotainment experience, improved PAAK, Dog Mode, and Fix broken things like the clock (that rebroke with the most recent update 🤦🏼‍♂️), and rolling out long awaited feature updates like BC. This feels a lot like another gimmick to squeeze more money out of their customers. Thanks, but not thanks Ford not for their truck line.

But…I’m going to circle back to my original line about this being for the Mustang brand…that makes sense at least and while I still think it’s a shady gimmick, at least that is on brand with the Mustang.
