just finished my install up with the boostedbygreygoose harness. Everything was easy but now my 360 camera is just a blue screen, the backup camera is the only one showing. Anyone else run into this?
I believe someone on this thread faced the same issue and had to replace the cameras from the original mirrors. That's what I did with mine and didn't face any issues.

OK, just replaced the camera plate with camera and led light on the driver side only, fixed for all cameras now. so strange. I attached what it used to look like, but changing just the driver camera seemed to resolve it.

So I saw this thread and also a similar one in the F150Gen14 forum and started looking for some power fold mirrors on ebay, etc. I happened to find a guy selling take offs from an ICE F150 Lariat which were the same color as my truck (Carbonized Grey). Bought those, the boosted grey goose harness and a new door switch (ML3Z-14529-CC). The mirror and harness install are very straight forward. Everything is working, 360 cams, BLIS, puddles, etc. Here are the part numbers of the mirrors. The drivers side is also dimming but I chose not to wire that up as I have heard some people don't like it and I really don't need it.

did you have to replace the camera(s) in the mirrors with your original camera?

No, the ones that came with the mirrors I bought worked fine. I know some have had issues and had to swap their cameras in but that didn’t happen to me.

great thank you, good to know the cameras in a new set of mirrors are supposed to work

did you buy the new power window/mirror control panel for the door too? And for the harness, did you have to take off your door panel(s)?

I'm really wanting to do this mod so just trying to wrap my head around it

The best resource I found for doing this is in this thread, I recommend you read all of it:
https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/xlt-power-folding-mirrors-retrofit-how-to.10718/

Here are some highlights (going by memory):

Mirrors - Best if you can find takeoffs from a Gen 14 Lariat or a Lightning with the same color caps. Otherwise you will have to swap/paint the ones you get. I found a guy selling mirrors the same color as mine so it was easy.

Wiring Harness - At first I had heartburn paying for the boostedgreygoose harness and wanted to do it myself. But trying to figure out exactly which pins to buy was a pain and at the end of the day I figured it was tried and true so I just bought the harness. You need to fully remove the door panel to install this (on both sides) but it is not hard. There is a guy who made a youtube video doing this

Door switch - You have to replace the door switch with the one that has the power fold button: ML3Z-14529-CC. I got mine on ebay for $36. You do not need the bezel that holds it, you can unscrew the stock switch assembly and this is a drop in for that space.

Forscan - You will need Forscan to make the proper changes for the mirrors to fold and to get the options for the mirrors to show up in the menu

Overall it is not difficult and if you read up on everything first, then take your time and everything will be fine. I say go for it and good luck!

FYI - switching outside mirror caps is very easy. You pull off the mirror glass with an angled trim tool and then unscrew three plainly visible Torx screws, and swap the caps, and then reassemble.

yeah I'm reading/watching up on it now, after doing all this looking around, it seems like only color-keyed mirrors have the power folding option in them. The plain black plastic ones don't have power folding so I might want to go stealth and just put my plastic cap on one of these colored ones

That's exactly my path as well. Frankly, I like the black plastic mirror caps... much less ding-prone.
