Likely the emails will catch up with us next week, you know how prompt they are with communications!

Neither my 2022 Lightning or Mach-E show the 3 year subscription limit on their window sticker. I looked at the order guides and they don't mention it either. But, IMO, unless somebody files a lawsuit and sues Ford over this, your BlueCruise will cease working after the 3 year anniversary of you purchasing your truck. The Connected Services page explicitly has an expiration date for a reason.I'd check the fine print. 2022 models, or at least per my window sticker, make no reference of a trial of any period. My truck window sticker says BlueCruise is included, without any limitations. On connected services, of course, it says I have a three year trial. Later window stickers specifically DID have the trial period language. I wonder if this is Ford trying to clean that up. I haven't bothered taking this up with Ford yet, my "trial" is active through later this year, but it's something I plan to explore nearer the supposed expiration. Question is whether if you accept this offer do you explicitly agree to terms that remove the potential "ambiguity" for 2022 models where BlueCruise was not sold to us as a trial.
my 2022 did notMy 2023 explicitly stated 3 years on the window sticker.

Same results for me tonight.Same thing here. Refreshed the connected services page and it's not attributed. No confirmation email either.
Mine did go through the payment and web confirmation though. Just the account did not update with the change, and it's not letting me add the complimentary extension again.
Mine looks the exact same....Same here. I went to Bluecruis and "purchased" the extra 1 year option for $0.00 and my Amex card on file popped up, and then said "Thank you for your purchase" and it said that it expires in April 27, instead of 26. It then said that an Email confirmation will be sent to you, but that was 30 minutes ago and still no Email fromFord. When I log onto my Ford account, my subscription still says April 2026, instead of 2027. I hope they're not just F@$&ingwith me.![]()
I'm not suggesting it's law suit worthy, but it was sold and described differently on the 2022s that it was in subsequent model years and that might open the door for a customer service accommodation over and above the current promotional extension. My main point was to watch what you sign up for with the extension in case the small print quietly takes anything away.Neither my 2022 Lightning or Mach-E show the 3 year subscription limit on their window sticker. I mean, a lawsuit could force Ford to keep our BlueCruise active until the vehicle dies. Sirius lost their lawsuit against "lifetime" subscriptions they sold that were never allowed to be transferred between radios, and they even had a disclaimer that the sub was only for the originally activated radio.
My 2022 Lariat had zero mention of it, but I do have Blue Cruise.my 2022 did not

It wasn't called BlueCruise when we purchased. It was Co-Pilot360 Active. They rebranded it BlueCruise on the window stickers sometime during the model year.My 2022 Lariat had zero mention of it, but I do have Blue Cruise.

Well, I don't remember how it was originally branded on the 2022 Lightning. But I do remember how it was sold on my 2021 ICE truck. It was for 3 years.I'm not suggesting it's law suit worthy, but it was sold and described differently on the 2022s that it was in subsequent model years and that might open the door for a customer service accommodation over and above the current promotional extension. My 23 XLT produced in early November if I remember correctly, has the front parking sensors. Guess I got lucky on those. Very handy when having to anug up to s Tesla Supercharger.Ask the 2023 XLT guys. Their window stickers explicitly state they have front parking sensors, when in reality they don't.
My mistake. It was the 2024's that had them eliminated. I fixed my original post.My 23 XLT produced in early November if I remember correctly, has the front parking sensors. Guess I got lucky on those. Very handy when having to anug up to s Tesla Supercharger.
