No Joy on this 2024 Flash.
Did you buy the 3-year option or did you just have the 90-day trial?

Ford F-150 Lightning PSA: Get an Additional BlueCruise Year for Free (2022 and 2023 Models) 1739811942985-sy

I doubt those with the 90-day trial will get this. But if you paid for the 3-year, then maybe?

OTOH, you have always had BC 1.2 with lane-change assist, etc. So maybe Ford thinks you're good.

Farley promised we would get 1.2 and then in August 2023, many of us received emails directly from Ford that we were getting BC 1.3 soon (skipping right over 1.2). Didn't happen. So for us, we feel we were due something.

I just scanned the 8 pages of this forum, but I didn't see anyone stating the fact that perhaps the '22 & '23 are the only ones that got this since they paid a premium $ to be an early adoptor. The '24 Lightnings were significantly reduced with just a few features removed. Of all the roads I drive all the miles on, there are only 3 miles of BlueCruise so it's NOT available for over 99% of the roads I drive on. All are highways also, just not many 4 lane. Maybe 1.3, when we get it in the year that we had to extend to, will have a few more roads to use it on?

The title of the entire thread states this is for 2022 and 2023 Model Years, implying that 2024s are excluded.

23' Lariat here.

Has a 3-year "trial period" ending on 2/1/2026.

I used the app to "subscribe" for an additional one year. That will go from 2/2/2026-2/2/2027

I did call and talk with a rep at the Ford phone # stated in the app.

She said that I will start to receive emails in December of 2026 asking me what I would like to do. Renew/change subscription/etc. *Hopefully one choice is to "cancel"*

I also asked when my CC has not been pinged. She said it won't show on CC since the amount is $0.00.

Oh well. I am going to trust her and look for emails in late 2026 I guess...

My window sticker makes no mention of the word BlueCruise anywhere on it. But I knew it came with it before I bought it...and I knew I was getting a 'trial' for three years.

Your window sticker says you have Co-Pilot, which is/was BlueCruise.

Again, the issue is that for the 22MY there was no mention of a trial period. For MY23 and on, there was.

Window sticker aside......when you first got your truck and you setup Fordpass...and then you went to your owner account and checked Connected Services....what did it say there?

And I am aware of the "Ford CoPilot Active 360 2.0" verbiage from my previous purchases of a '21 Powerboost F-150, and my '21 Mach-E. So I knew full well what I was getting.....and it was the same "trial" that I got when I eventually activated both of those in March of 2022 with FDRS, except it was initially for one year....later again extended for free by Ford.

And just because later window stickers for '22 models and all '23 models said the word "Bluecruise" in place of where the Ford CoPilot Active 360 2.0 had been.....that didn't change the fact that you still needed to go to your Connected Services section to find out how long it was active for....just like now. Even though you may get a free year of BlueCruise due to this extension, your navigation subscription expiration didn't change. So there's that.

Bottom line, you won't have much luck trying to rely on what the Monroney sticker says you were or weren't entitled to, when it comes to these subscriptions.

I have the three year trial, but have no notifications of any extensions. Trial expires next November. Is this supposed to show up in the FordPass app?

If you go to Connected Services in the FP app, you should see, under BlueCruise, your expiration date (of whatever the current trial or paid subscription you're on now) and tapping the right arrow to see the details you should be offered the option to extend it. You may also see a "Buy" button next to the BlueCruise heading. Selecting that should take you to the options for full annual price of $495, or a monthly option, or my favorite, the 0$ annual subscription.

Must only be for the USA not showing on my APP here in the Great 51st State of Canada
I’ll have to check with our Governor Trudeau

Well that's odd, it worked for @CdnCGM23 from Ontario. It may be because your current subscription expires in 2027. Most of us getting extended are only getting a year added to sometime in 2026.
