Right at 12k. We have towed up to 18k. The ammonia tanks get towed only short distances (they have SMV signs and are *only* supposed to go 30 mph) of 2-5 miles. Its hard to see, but that's a dampered "cushion" hitch to reduce the push/pull that occurs when towing these weights on farm roads that have pot holes etc.

Biggest danger IMO is that over distance, the motors would overheat at these loads. We are traveling slow and short distances. My brother says it performs better than his Silverado 2500 HD, in terms of smooth starts. Since the Lighting weighs as much or more than the Chevy, I'd guess it controls the weight just as well also.

Note the HD F-150 rims with more aggressive tires. Did that due to snow/Ice buildup in winter.

Borrowed a friend's mini for a project.
Only had to tow it 5 miles, so it wasn't much of a test, but neither acceleration nor the regen braking disappointed me, with ~12k in tow.

Nautique 210 (fueled) + trailer is ~6000 lbs. Tows easy.
1.0 to 1.1 m/kWh pulling this on the highway at ~65mph.

Follow up on towing the pontoon this spring. I did a highway test for mileage in prep for a longer road trip planned for later this summer. Got between 0.9 and 1.0 m/kWh towing this boat at 65-70 mph on highway and freeway in a 30 mile test.

Just need my A2Z adapter to arrive and pray the key charging station in Onamia, MN really supports NACS adapter charging as listed. One time I wish I had the ER for a little more headroom on charging in case of unexpected difficulties.

(Not shown in this photo, I had the cover on the boat for the mileage test).
