Is it unusual that my truck was ’built’ on 12/20 (blend date 12/9) and I’m still waiting for it to get shipped? I have FordPass approved and has not moved or been touched since it arrived at Ramp 59 on 12/20?

My Antimatter Blue Lariat was delivered today, almost 3 weeks earlier than promised, thanks, I suppose, to Norfolk Southern’s efficiently. Only got to drive it the 20 miles to my house but

I can tell this guy is going to be fun! Best of luck to those still waiting – you’ll see that it was worth the wait!

Yeah it seems pretty hit and miss whose truck gets forgotten about.... Blend 12/9---Built 12/19---Finally "shipped" on 1/12 and then sat on the around till the 14th to get on a train. Tracking the train has been the most enjoyable part of the whole process for me.

Has anyone received their Ford Charge Station Pro? Or an ETA?
I called SunRun last Monday to ask...they didn't have my info/VIN yet. Plan to reach out to them today.

We can use ford pass points online starting 1/30. Mine haven't been applied to my account yet, so hopefully they will show by the 30th! Any idea how long it takes for them to show?

My truck was built 12/17. Estimated arrival 12/23-29. Never arrived.

Then this past friday at 1130 PM I got the email that the truck was delivered to my dealer.
Next day I stopped by my dealer and got blank stares. They had not gotten anything. They checked their systems and saw that it was indeed marked as delivered.

I think that they were worried that the truck was dropped by the shipper at night and then the truck was stolen.

Finally the next day after calling around they figured out that the shipper went to pick up the truck and could not find the keys. Accidentally marked that the truck was loaded and accidentally marked shipped when the trailer was empty. Truck is still at Ramp 51. No keys.

I suspect that this has been going on for some time and is the reason I didn't get it in time for the $7500.

Not sure what is gonna happen now but I bet the shipping company just kept skipping my truck since they couldn't find the keys. Something to keep in mind if you have been waiting for a long time without updates.

My dealer "prioritized" it - whatever that means. We will see.

That sucks. Time to have your dealer make a Key and visit Ramp 51.

I received mine today. SunRun is doing my install so that means I got the charger a lot sooner than if I was waiting on the dealer to report. I'm a Finance guy so this is my busy season and I just didn't have time to do the install myself.

Finally got a new email. Truck had been marked shipped a while back and when the United road listing went from inactive to pending pickup I figured the rail portion was done. During that time est delivery changed a couple times getting pushed back from last last year to this week, and now the email goes

Dear … To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will require additional time before your 2023 F-150 LightningPRO is delivered to (dealer). Hmmm if United road says pending pickup it should def be at the final train yard ready for last mile. How long has it been in pending pickup status?
