According to its website, I just figured out that Vehi-ship is a drive away company that moves vehicles between two points that generally do not exceed 25 miles. Thus, it would appear that Ford Chat was wrong - unless there is another aspect to this company that is not advertised on its website.

I just called Vehi-ship and SSR Logistics (SSR Logistics apparently handles the car hauler transports for Vehi-ship) and no luck. Vehi-ship goes to a voice mail and SSR Logistics said they provide no tracking and that I would need to call my dealer in order to track the shipment.

I think you're right about vehi-ship and I saw their convoy info too. However if it's really https://ssrlogistics.com/why-ssr/ who is handling convoying for them... then SSR is a much more long distance company that goes state to state.

Same for me, I just got the "rolled off the assembly line" birthing picture today... neat to have, but I can also just walk outside and see it

Well - you have to consider the CEO. I've liked him and he has talked a good game the last year or two and they have the Lightning on the road, but I'm not sure he truly cares about the customer and communications, because we truly know how bad they are and nothing has changed. So I don't think he truly cares about the little things as much as he says, it hasn't changed. Every vehicle he makes is sold, does he really care?

Same. I asked the dealer not to clean mine so it is nasty. I need a day off work to wash it three times. A touchless wash did nothing it is so baked on.

I did the same and was truly surprised at how dirty - but it doesn't matter because cleaning it myself will be way better than them running it through their brushes a few times.
