Or is it the Connected app (4G) ?

In my experience, the XM subscription starts when you buy the car. This is because you and/or the dealership has to provide your information for the subscription.

The XM subscription will start when you give SiriusXM your receiver ID.

Spoke to someone via Ford Chat, and was advised that my vehicle was released to the “Body Company”. I thought it already got it’s spray in bed liner already though since it was sent off site. So I am unsure what the “Body Company” does.
