✅ Ford Resumes Shipping NACS Charging Adapters (February 2025 batch)

Ok...Just a quick reality check. Looking back at this thread from the beginning of October with the order number people have provided, Ford has been shipping about 7,800 adapters a month. Since some were recalled and replaced as a priority, this number may be a bit higher for total volume and hopefully everyone with a bad adapter has gotten theirs already. Also, this 7,800 adapters a month is a significant increase over time as since March 1st, Ford has only shipped about 4,200/month.

That said, the latest number revealed is John Becker's 90042206 shipped on 1/1/25.

My August 4th 2024 order number is 901312xx, so with a 89k delta. It's reasonable to expect that I have ~11 months to wait until mine ships. I'll keep an eye on this thread to see if there is a volume increase coming out of Ford, but I certainly won't be holding my breath as the end of each month comes.

WTF. if I knew it was going to take this long I’d have just bought one. I feel your pain. I have an adapter that I can't use d due to it being recalled. I

ordered at 9 am on the first day it was announced. I was about the 5000th order placed that day. I received a defective adapter and still haven't received the replacement.

Well, I too have an update as of 6:13 PM EST:

And when I click on the FedEx tracking link:

Does "shipped" creatively mean that a shipping label has been created and it's sitting on a loading dock awaiting FedEx to pick it up?

I suggest calling customer support, ask them for the tracking number of the shipment, by now yours should have shipped
