If you want you can send your logs to Forscan and they will take a look.
When I do this I clear all my profiles. I also go to the folder they are stored in and erase all the previous logs.
C:\Users\USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\FORScan\log
Or you can go to the start go to forscan and select Forscan log folder and it will take you the folder.
Delete what is in there.
Then go and start a new session try to write the HVAC. when it gives the error disconnect and then take the files in that folder and email to
contact @forscan.com
Explain what is happening and if they can offer any help.
