If they have the engineering and parts stream figured out for a NACS port, that might be possible.
IMHO 2024 production is running until Dec 2024, but that could change.

The 2024 searches aren't clear on the $7500 IRS purchase-point credit either - apparently some dealers aren't 'approved' for it so the qualified buyer must wait to IRS file for it. Devil is in the details.

on ford .com you can still configure a PRO to order. they are still listing it at $49.995

That Build and Buy website seems very optimistic or their search function is foobarred. I did a 500-mile search from 5 zip codes representing Southwest, Texas/OK/LA, Southeast, East Coast and Midwest. Probably 80%+ of dealerships. It showed a whopping 808,000 Lightnings as either in route or scheduled through August. I'm pretty sure Ford cannot make 800K Lightnings by August.

Wow that is a lot of inventory - and points to massive 2024 discounts coming if buyers hold back in inflationary times of less discretionary spending.

Massive discounts may be coming for patient buyers given EV high inventories by almost all vehicle producers.

2024 model Build and Buy tool is now and has been live on Ford's website. It's been a little tucked away while they were selling 2023's.

This is still a "FINDER" tool, there are specified builds either ordered pending scheduling, scheduled or in production. routing of these spec. order routing to dealers is probably flexible.

These prices make the deals on 2023s even more amazing. I guess they did the math on selling Pros and didn't like the results.
