My HIS finally came alive and seems to reliably transfer power now. Ford sent me a link to the energy.ford.com site and asked for a review. I can log in and get to the screen but all the functions are dead, so they may not have activated me in that system. That would not be a surprise.

This is still a good sign that they are working to improve this process. Thanks for the link, I got pretty much the same result as you (though my truck isn't currently at home or plugged in). Watching this.
