This is what happens when you outside with poor partners. Tesla may shoot themselves in the foot but it it is why Elon does the vast majority of the work in house. No reliance on poor partners.
True, Elon doesn't need poor partners when he has Tesla. How far behind is Tesla on delivering adapters to Ford?

Ford’s response to my buyback request will determine my path forward. My understanding from my assigned customer relations representative is that they are processed within 5 business days. We will see how true that is…

Yes. Ford reimbursed the cost of the Home Integration System hardware and let me keep the hardware after flying a SunRun engineer out to review and validate the installation and configuration. Ford released a software update that resolved the issues that I was having with the HIS. The Ford Charge Station Pro and HIS have been stable ever since.

I may have missed the discussion... how did you get movement on this issue... who did you have to hound to get it going as I am still non functional and would like to get this working...

All of the actions taken are well documented in this forum. It was a journey as there were/are multiple entities involved (Ford/SunRun/AEESolar/Third Party electrician). Ultimately it was Ford/SunRun executive leadership that stepped in and managed my escalation. Everything was resolved at the end of April 2024.

Thanks... I guess i just have to get it up the chain somehow... maybe calling every day to get it escalated will have an effect as escalation requests to date have gone nowhere...
