No change with the ford pass update. There is the “record feedback” option in the trucks apps screen. Not sure if it is effective or not, but can voice the problem there too.

I just saw there is a FordPass update in the App Store as of about 5 hrs ago for me. I just downloaded it but I haven’t been in my truck yet to see if it fixes the battery issue.

Just want to report that this seems to have FIXED the battery issue for me. It’s working again now. FordPass 5.13.0 and iOS 18.3.1.

Interesting that was the fix. I totally thought it was on Apple's side. I mean I guess it still could be caused from them and Ford needed to make changes, but still interesting.

I just noticed a weird thing since the fix though. On two separate occasions it said something like “44% upon arrival” but when I got to within a mile or two of my destination it went up by 1% to 45% but when I arrived home my truck had 44% SOC, while maps still estimated 45%. This 1% jump in the final mile or two has happened to me twice now. Super minor thing, but just weird.

I gave this a test today, and it seems mine still isn't working. Did anyone do something special? Or did it just work after the update? My drive was only about 20 miles, so maybe it needed more time?

Nothing. Mine started working as magically as it stopped working. I should note that I'm a beta tester so I had 5.13.0 for iOS well before it stopped working.

I did nothing as well; just started working. I don’t have the latest update for iOS or FordPass either.
