Charger port covers

I was looking for a cover for the charger once it’s plugged into my 24 flash. I had ordered one from Amazon, but the magnets don’t hold onto the truck.
Has anyone used a charger cover to keep the charger free from snow, rain, etc?

Thanks. I should have known it was aluminum. That explains that.

I use plastic clothing clips from the dollar store or the small tarp bungies with the ball and wrap it to the cord.

I use the very good Canadian universal EV charge port cover from:

Matter of fact, it's on my truck right now with the blizzard here.

BTW, "ma capuche" in French means "my hood(ie)".

I use the one from Ford parts / accessories. Works great here in New England. Multiple rain , snow , sleet and freezing rain events. Did its job, easy to install and remove.

I bought the one from Ford for my 23 lightning. It seems to work pretty well. We've had a few snow event here in Maryland recently and I have yet to find my charge of frozen into the charging port.
