CPS's Disappearing?

Hi Folks, 23 Lariat here.. I have had 1 or 2 CSP's listed in my app, some were put on hold by Ford for everyone apparently. Over the past week 2 of them, The Front sensors and the Low Voltage BMS replacement have disappeared from the App. I tried to check on the website, but that info looks like it's hidden. Anyone with similar issues? Thanks.

App has a button for CSP, but when I click it shows

No CSP ***

On the website, if I choose Vehicle Health - Recalls, I get:

I have had the front sensor CSP there for a long time. So maybe a back-end error; which seems to happen a lot to Ford.

Edit: My CSP is now back.

It's Sunday, so the servers tasked with this data might be down for maintenance, my Fordpass is showing the perpetual circle of time waiting for a response from the mothership.

Update finally came through, my BMS & another item are missing

Check again Monday morning.

Maybe they hit the wrong button and shut down the servers/mothership instead of the factory for the Lightning?

I have an open and active CSP that was sent to me by mail but isn't reflected in my online Ford Account. Should I call to request to have this detail synced?

Also, where are you guys seeing CSPs on FordPass?

Yep, my IPMA update (front sensors) CSP disappeared too.

That's a bummer, I was hoping to get the dealer to do that update for me.

It's disappeared a week or so ago.
