CSP-23B50 Charge Cord Stuck - Reprogram Battery Charge Control Module.

I had this notification pop-up around the same time as everyone else and now no longer see it. Either the CSP is no longer applicable to my truck or with changes to the app or ford.com I can no longer find it. Taking my truck in for a couple of other things and I was going to have to them apply this as well. Anyone else having similar experience? Did the update happen as part of an OTA update? Thanks.

Same here. Was showing in my ford pass, dealer saw it on their end when scheduling the parking sensors and frunk updates. They didn’t do this one because it wasn’t available. No clue as to why. Fast forward to yesterday and I get the CSP letter in the mail….still doesn’t show in my account so who knows. I’ll bring it when the truck goes back next week for the 360 camera fix now that they spoke to ford engineering and “identified additional programming“ to fix my pigmy camera view….

I received a letter from Ford today via USPS stating that my vehicle needs the 23B50 CSP (Charge Port temperature - BCCM). However, this CSP doesn't show up in my FordPass or on the vehicle dashbord on Ford.com when I log in. The only CSP shown there is for the front sensor 24B56. I am kind of confused as to why I get a snail mail alert but nothing electronically...

Guess I need to break down and roll the dice on a dealer visit to have it looked at.

I received a letter about this CSP (23B50) in October 2023, had the dealer take care of it in September of this year, and then this month I received another letter about the same CSP. App shown no outstanding CSPs. Weird.

I received mine this afternoon. Wish I knew how to initiate the software update, without going to the dealership. Maybe it will show up in the cue.

Truck returned from the dealership for the rear camera fix. I showed them the 23B50 letter and they researched. Apparently it is now part of an OTA.

Using my garage FCSP I was getting the amber ring and charge default notices. Tried unplugging and replugging but no luck. Received the letter and lined up service for Tuesday morning. In the mean time I charged on a L3 and it worked fine. Also worked on a L1 charger in town. Now working on my FCSP in the garage.
I do love this truck. 25,000 fun miles so far.
