This am my truck did not schedule start and warm up after working ok Thurs and Fri last week. Got this message I have not seen yet at the start of my second drive today.

I had my preconditioning set for 5:45 this morning for warm. Didn't get into the truck until 5:50 and my heated wheel worked my whole drive. Very confusing.
Not confusing at all. Because you were running late, the truck felt sorry for you and heated the steering wheel... o_O

That message is telling you that right now, the truck thinks that you'll only be at 76% by the time it is going to do the next departure time, i.e. it won't be charged to the level that you specified (80, 90%).

How many miles have you and will you drive today?

If you need the range might have to start earlier during the higher rate period, assuming you're using an advantageous schedule for TOU-charging/conditioning-battery & cabin warming optimization.

Add me to the list. Scheduled departure not plugged in was working great, then it just stopped. Checked the app, and my departure settings disappeared. I set it up again, but it hasn't worked since.

FWIW my Fordpass was unresponsive last night as I was trying to turn on my departure schedule for today. (I have an alternating week work schedule so I have to turn my schedule on/off).

After the drive today with no preconditioning. (Remote start wouldn't wok either) I tried Fordpass again at work and it worked.

I received notification that an update was pushed last night...so that *may* have something to do with it.(Update: Ford Power-Up 3.5.3)

Well this morning more disappointment. I usually plug in at around 40% and 7:30 hours later I am at 90% ready to go. This morning after plugging in at 46% at my departure time I had only reached 84% with an estimated completion of 1 hour after my set departure time.

It works when I set a departure time, but the steering wheel not heating is so annoying, how can their stuff be this buggy? It won't work again until the truck has sat like an hour and completely gone to sleep. I made a few stops yesterday and it didn't work the entire time, but when I had a longer stop, the wheel heated again for the drive home.

Also, pre-heating seemed to have zero effect on range.

Mine hasn’t been working well either. I have it set to 720am every weekday. It worked perfectly the first day but each day since it hasn’t.

Forward this thread to one of the Software Dept Reps for the next Over the Air Update. Just a suggestion.
And remind them to keep version control under better watch, introducing new breaks when fixing other problems or enabling enhancements is not the goal

Are you charging with 110v or 240v?

As to range - if you set a departure time, can you look in your charger's app and see if / when it activated? I can see in my JuiceBox app that it kicked on at a specific time, and also get alerts from it.

240, 40 amps. I have whole-house monitoring, and saw the full draw occurring. When I say it had no effect on range, I mean that a pretty low number was indicated as my range at 85%, and after preheating for 20 min, it still indicated the same range at 85% when I left.
