I was late to the F150 Lightning party with a mid-June 2021 reservation. Made reservation with closest dealer to me, General manager and sales manager both assured me MSRP with NO ADM or add ons. However, although they were initially receptive....over the past few months they have been avoiding my phone calls and emails. They are flat out ignoring my request for a courtesy call. So I decided to switch dealers to another local dealer that was highly recommended. The new dealer returned my phone call promptly and have been friendly to deal with...also selling at MSRP.
So I called Ford and made the switch. I recived a notice from Ford(auto email) saying my reservation had been changed. When I log into Ford,com account I see the reservation page with the reservation date and number. However, when I click on the "view" button where the details normally come up(the dealers name, deposit amount, the process bubbles "reservation-->order--->prodeuction" etc. the page doesn't load. It gives an error saying "There was an error loading this page".
Should I be worried? I mean I see the main reservation page is still there with the date and number so I feel sure it wasn't dropped..but not seeing the details so I can't confirm those to be correct.
(The salesperson at the new dealer says he can "see" my reservation on his end...I just don't want to miss out on a notification should the stars align and gods shine down on me for a last minute order//allocation).
