I'm assuming the issue would be across the pro version entierly, and not just ones that were missing certain options (like max towing or tow tech)? I probably have a few months before I would get my truck anyway, so hopefully you guys will have things figured out by then. Thanks for all the work you're doing!
I believe so, the only ones looked at have been 2023. The only package that I could see possibly being needed (and this is without a full understanding of how the Lane Centering and ACC works) is the Tow Tech Package. It might be model year specific (Ford, understandably, may have gotten wise and stopped putting all wiring in all trims to save money). I, personally, believe it does have to do specifically with what @Jasontn316 posted (quote below). On the 2023 Pro's that have been looked at some of the wires are not present on this connector.

I checked my 22 XLT and it is populated.

I know @Brotato is actively trying to find a workaround and I look forward to his update.

I got everything installed today in about 4 hours. I'm in the same boat as the others. My XLT does not recognize the CCM.

2022 or 2023?

The plan for today is to compare my 311A to a 312A asbuilt. After reading the other forum, the reason the pros are having issues is the 360 camera is a prerequisite to have the wiring.

If you find a VIN for a 312A can you send it to me? Thanks.

Pro's with Tow Tech (like myself) have the 360 camera.

Well you got me second guessing. I went to the dealer but the parts guy couldn't see any additional description/info, just that the lightning has 4 parts for that harness:
NL3Z-15K867-F
NL3Z-15K867-G
NL3Z-15K867-H
NL3Z-15K867-J

Not sure, but if I could provide him with a VIN for a trim with adaptive cruise already on it he might be able to tell me the replacement part. What is within this harness typically, fog lights (well, not the lightning), parking sensors, adaptive cruise sensor?
My experience: If you are going from a 2022 XLT SR EG311A the harness you need is NL3Z-15K867-H. I figured this out by using the VIN of a 2022 XLT SR EG312A and it worked perfect, this new harness is exactly the same as my EG311A except for the addition of the CCM connector.

Hello everyone, I just got added to this forum, sorry I've been stuck over @ lightning owners forum, ughhhh, not many technical people over there, just a lot of people mad at Ford their truck isn't in their driveway yet. It makes sense that this forum includes and was born out of the ICE F150 people. I've been watching this thread for a few days without the ability to post, finally got approved yesterday.

So, I've been working with steveje from the FB post that Jason did which is the OP of this DIY. Thanks to both of them I've figured out so much in the past week. I'm an EE and since I've already bought and installed the front bumper harness I decided to exercise a bit of my OCD for this install at the expense of a few days time. Steve and I figured out that our trucks (2022 XLT SR EG311A) are missing the CCM wiring only between C265 and C134. I told him I'd like to maintain the IP rating of that Main Lever Lock Front bumper connector (C134) and leave the Front Bumper Harness 100% Factory, so I took apart the male side of C134 to figure out what pins it used. This was a nightmare trying to figure it out by part #, but I'm 99% confident I got it right:

Ford F-150 Lightning DIY: Installing ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) and LKA (Lane Keep Alert) to 2022 F-150 Lightning XLT 1680381388794

This is what I ordered:
https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/molex/0194170028/3183227
I also ordered the correct color striped wire from:
https://4rcustomswire.com/products/20-gauge-txl-wire-6-striped-colors-each-25-foot-long
I ordered 20AWG so I could get the colors to perfectly match the factory harness colors:
Grey
Green-White Stripe
Brown-Blue Stripe
Grey-Blue Stripe

I realize the factory wiring is 22AWG, but they only had the correct colors in 20AWG and it will hit the sweet spot of the size range for the terminals and be a bit stronger mechanically.

Getting C134 apart without damaging anything is a bit tricky, when I do it a 2nd time this week I'll post a follow up on how it comes apart so anyone else can do this if they want. I won't be doing all this work inside for C365 since it doesn't need the IP rating; will probably just pull the pins from the IMPA side of that connector and use inline WAGO lever nuts to couple them to the CCM wiring heading out to the front.

I know this is a lot of work to make it match the factory wiring diagram. I won't fault anyone for just going the pigtail route. Part of my motivation for stuff like this is, "can I do it", LOL. Looking forward to seeing this working and having ACC and Lane Centering. Thanks All.

Is it possible the wiring is different in the boot if it has the fog lights in the cord? I don't have any power to the CCM plug. Does your forscan settings match posted on the link?

I've come to learn that anything is possible. I peeled back some of the bumper side of C134 last night on my old Front Bumper Harness so I could extract a female pin to make sure I was getting the right series of pins; and within 3inches I found two heat shrink splices. Looked like splitting power for the ultrasonic sensors, but I didn't verify. From the wiring diagram I've been working off of which has been posted a few times I would assume that all four wires from the CCM make a dedicated run straight to the IMPA through C265.

For clarification, that wire harness is plug n play for XLT 311A and Pro? Or are we still missing additional wires?

What is the "EG" in EG311A? I thought the XLT had just the 311A and 312A builds (latter being the tech package), never saw EG used for either.

My guess is "Equipment Group"
